AE Global is a full-service master planning and engineering team, specializing in audio, video, lighting, acoustic, and broadcast technologies.
Our team partners with you to provide design and engineering services throughout the development and construction phase of your project. Then, our experienced staff of designers, engineers, technicians, rigging professionals, installation and service staff will see your project through to completion...on-schedule and on-budget.
Founded in 1989 as Audio Ethics, Inc., the name was later changed to AE Global. Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, we have been honored to partner with thousands of ministries across the country for the past 35 years. Working with ministries to more effectively communicate their message is our passion, and we are excited to be part of this ever-changing and growing landscape.

HOW DO WE DO THIS?
Here is how we like to explain this. Four words; Build, Dream, Equip, Grow. But wait... Why would you Build first, then Dream?

BUILD
"Relationship First"
Our team at AE Global is not just a team of tech nerds that want to throw a bunch of gear at you and be on our way. We are a team that have a PASSION for what we do, and for who we serve. In order to do this, we have to BUILD relationship with you! Getting to know you and your church is foundational to the success of your project. Whether it be a small lighting install, or building a brand new worship space, knowing you and your church is our first stop.
DREAM
"Define The Dream, Establish the Budget"
Once we get to know you and your church, it's time to DREAM! This is the opportunity for us to discuss what elements you are wanting to incorporate in your project. We will ask questions and continue to grow in our understanding of your ministry goals. This is an important step in the process. Because not only are we determining what needs to happen right now, but we are also planning for the future! We want to make sure that whatever we install in your space, will help you 5 years down the line, just as it is going to help you right now. That is where our Master Planning comes into play. We Dream for now, AND we Dream for later.
EQUIP
"Plan. Prepare. Execute."
Time to get our hands dirty! After we have all become best friends, and we have defined the dream, now it is time to engineer and install. We move all of the equipment on site and our installation team arrives to wire all the wires, and button all the buttons. This is where the excitement starts to build because a finished project is just around the corner.
GROW
"Finishing Touches, Commissioning, Training"
Everything is installed! Now what? Great question! This is where our team takes some time to show you how we installed the equipment and what to do with it. We explain the basics of the equipment and we give your team the needed resources to operate the equipment going forward. This is the part where it is VITAL that your entire tech team be involved. Our time on site is your teams opportunity to learn and work with the people who are installing and commissioning your project. This is the best time to ask questions, learn, and grow in your skills.
